Jasper petrified wood or jadsperized wood are terms that refer to wood petrified specifically by jasper, a variety of chalcedony quartz. This mineral replaces buried wood during a process of over millions of years and transforms into stunning, opaque, and often vibrantly colored fossils.
Each jasper bowl is an elegant and rare work of natural art. Most pieces resemble those shown, but all are unique in color, shape, and veining.
