RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Upon receipt, please inspect the product.

FTSNY will not accept Returns or Exchanges after 7 days from receipt of shipment.
We will accept Returns and Exchanges when Customer Service is notified within 7 days from receipt of shipment. Must be in new, unused
Return and Exchange items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return and Exchange Shipping Fees are not included, must be handled by the customer and is non-refundable.
We cannot accept any Returns or Exchanges on Sale or Custom items.
Return must be sent to our address at 311 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013.

DAMAGED
Upon receipt, please inspect the product.
Should any item arrive as Damaged or with Manufacturer's Defect, please contact Customer Service within 7 days from receipt of shipment.
Please take photographs of the packaging and the product and submit to Customer Service so that we can better assist you.
Customer Service will provide Shipping Instructions on Damaged or with Manufactures Defect items.
FTSNY will offer a Refund or Exchange for product with Damaged or with Manufactures Defect items.

NATURAL MATERIALS HAVE UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS
Differences in grain character, color and texture occur naturally and as such are not within the control of the Manufacturer. Such variations are due to climate changes and the hand crafted nature of our products, the character of a piece may change with time. Exposure to extreme temperature changes may cause your FTSNY pieces to change color or shape over time.
Our metal pieces are handmade and they reflect their craftsmanship. As a metal material, color tones and color patterns may vary between pieces.
