LOCAL DELIVERY THROUGH ONLINE PURCHASE
Most items can be delivered locally in the New York metropolitan area without a custom quote. The price depends on your distance (radius in miles) from the warehouse located in Manhattan, but it covers Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and some parts of New Jersey. There are four areas in the local delivery zone. Online prices DO NOT include walk-ups. An additional fee will apply per walk-up floor.Β

DELIVERY DETAILS
- 3β4 week ETA onΒ FTSNY orders.
- 6β8 week ETAΒ on FTSNY modification orders.
- Within 10β12 business days, the client will hear from cs@ftsny.comΒ to schedule a delivery day and time via email.
- UPS GroundΒ TrackingΒ information will be sent within 10β12 business days.
- Freight orders take 12β14 business days.
- Any rush order request will require a rush fee,Β and the orderΒ must be management-approvedΒ confirming that the rush lead time can be met.
- Pickups will be ready after 5β7 business days.
- Special orders will take 16β18 week ETA.
Inspection
Our furnishings are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We request that you do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacturing, FTSNY requests that this be communicated at the time of delivery. Please contact Customer Service atΒ cs@ftsny.com. We also ask that the driver be notified, so that you may avoid future redelivery charges for service or exchange. For a full description of walk-up fees and returns please reference our store policy.
Measuring for delivery of furniture
We want you to enjoy living with your new purchase! Please measure carefully before ordering to ensure that your furnishings will fit in any elevators, stairs, and passageways at the delivery location. In the event that an item does not fit and is returned to the store, the customer remains responsible for additional incurred delivery charges.
- Consider the easiest access for delivery: front door, garage, service entry, doorways closest to elevator access, etc.
- Measure the height and width of all hallways and doorways which the delivered item(s) will need to pass through.
- Clear any items in the pathway of delivery which can be easily moved or removed. If they are fixed items, items you do not want to remove (such as handrails wall hangings, light fixtures) or low overhangs or ceilings, please take these into consideration when you take your measurements.
- Stairways: Measure the total width of your staircase, making sure to account for handrails that cannot be removed. Then, check the ceiling height at the following two or three specific points: from the first step at the base to the ceiling above, from any intermediate landings to the ceiling, and from the highest step to the ceiling. Record the width and depth of any landings along the stairway. If there is a wall facing the top or bottom of the staircase, be sure to measure the distance from the stairs to that wall as well.
- Elevators: Measure the height and width of the door, as well as the height, width, and depth of the elevator interior. Measure also from the center of the doorβs base to the top rear corner inside the elevator. Make note of any ceiling lights, handrails, or elevator seats, as these may affect usable space and should be factored into your measurements.
After recording the above delivery pathway measurements, compare them to the product measurements.
